Problem

As Lee Andrews Group grew its presence in civic and sustainability work, it needed to expand its brand across digital platforms. With strong roots in community-focused messaging, the next step was to build tools and systems to help teams share stories clearly and consistently.

🟢 Solution

Working alongside Ritvik Argawal and Stephanie Keane, I helped expand Lee Andrews Group’s refreshed brand identity by developing a scalable social media design system. My contributions focused on extending their visual language—refining templates, layout structure, and content strategy to support clear, story-driven communications for clients like Metro LA and CARB.

Content Engagement Analysis

We analyzed performance across key content types to identify what drives visibility and interaction on social platforms. LinkedIn thought leadership led with a 12.9% engagement rate, while Instagram Reels followed at 8.88%, proving the power of video and expertise-driven narratives in building digital authority.

Audience Targeting Strategy

To improve campaign performance, we audited existing audience engagement and refined our targeting strategy. Through persona development and segmentation by profession and organization type, we aligned content themes with specific stakeholder needs—strengthening relevance and resonance across platforms.

Audience Segmentation for Strategic Growth

Understanding and segmenting your target audience is key to creating resonant, high-performing content. This breakdown identifies core groups—government agencies, corporate partners, nonprofits, and industry professionals—each with unique communication needs. By tailoring messaging to these segments, Lee Andrews Group can increase engagement, deliver more targeted campaigns, and deepen brand trust across sectors.

Content Performance by Platform

A performance audit revealed key trends across Instagram and LinkedIn. Employee highlights consistently generated the highest impressions on both platforms. Thought leadership and podcast content outperformed static formats, especially on LinkedIn, where industry professionals engage more deeply with long-form insights. General announcements showed the lowest engagement, reinforcing the need for story-driven and visual-first content strategies.
