Employer Partner Outreach Plan and List
My team was brought in to create an assesment of Mariners Inn existing Youth Employment Program (YEP) we were tasked with creating an assesmment of their existing program, and to consider what new partnerships they can form, lastly how to market their expanding program. Mariners Inn is a non-profit in the city of the Detroit offering a variety of substance abuse treatment and rehab programs. Within this framework the organization also serves the family members of those affected by substance abuse, with classes aimed at helping the whole family. One of these programs is their YEP programs, with the help of the program director Stepahine we created a document with a series of program improvements as well a list of potential employment partners. Below you can our marketing plan including flyers targeing teens, and potential employer partners.
